The Business Requirements process [that Richard designed and implemented] is very useful to me because it provides a forum for all the stakeholders to provide input into decisions about the prioritization of resources. Before that forum was established, other people would have their work delayed and would be unhappy about the change in schedule. I detest meetings in general but this is important because it removes the secrecy of decision-making and provides a process for modifying schedules accordingly.
